All server options are managed by pair Networks and include:
- FTP, SFTP, SSH access onto server
- POP, IMAP and Web access to mailboxes
- Use of one domain name*
- MySQL databases
- Additional FTP logins to allow other people to maintain a part of the website, or upload files
- E-mail forwarding to other mailboxes
- Spam & virus filtering
- Junk mail filtering
- Support for advanced dynamic features, such as database-driven pages,
blog, forum, site search engine
- 'Shadow drive' maintains a recent copy of all data, minimising down-time
in the event of a hard drive failure**
- Daily backups taken and stored on and off site
- Weekly on-line reports of visitor statistics
- On-line 'control panel' for configuring account features

Notes
*Domain name registration fees not included:
- You can register a domain name with any domain name registration service and then assign the name to your web space with us.
- Most, if not all, registration services will assign the domain name at no cost, usually via an online 'control panel'.
- You will be invoiced directly by the registrar for maintaining your ownership of the domain name.
- The cost is usually less than £10/year.
**Shadow drives are not fitted as standard to lower-end dedicated servers
